Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping within the Philippines typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.
Delays caused by courier issues, weather, or public holidays are beyond our control, but we’ll always do our best to assist.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders during promotions or minimum purchase amounts.
4. Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status.
5. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order. Parfum.ph is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number at hello.parfumph@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
